Are you a highly organised and detail-orientated Administrator? We’re looking for someone who is passionate about maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, delivering accurate record-keeping, and upholding quality assurance standards across our mango, sweet potato, and agave crops. The Role: We have a part-time, permanent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Horticulture team based at Brickhouse Station , 16km from Carnarvon, Western Australia. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic and detail orientated who wishes to work around school hours. Within this role you will ensure smooth daily operations, compliancy and reporting for the Horticulture business unit. Nestled on the Gascoyne River, Brickhouse Station’s fertile soils and favourable climate make it ideal to grow mangoes, sweet potatoes and agave. The property is comprised of 145 hectares under diversification permit which grows 15 hectares (3,500 trees) of mangoes, 22 hectares of sweet potato for Perth and 2 hectares of Agave. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and document filing for compliance (Freshcare and HARPS), reporting and operational planning. Ensure all staff and facilities have the correct resources, supplies and information required to perform effectively. Work collaboratively with company shared services including Finance, HR, Safety, IT and ESG Inventory management and reporting. Gather information to assist with end of month reporting. Timesheet approvals and submission. Assist HR with new staff onboarding and training requirements. Embrace the positive safety culture and assist the Business Unit Manager with safety requirements, Toolbox meetings, etc. Building strong working relationships with industry bodies, representatives, other growers and their companies (both locally and in the Eastern States) and suppliers. About You: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication both verbal and written. A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Adaptable and a willing to learn new skills and processes. Strong organisational and time management skills. Strong experience with MS Office. Experience with invoice reconciling. Hold a current driver’s licence. Lived experience with horticulture or agriculture would be an advantage. What’s In It For You?
